WHO?  WHAT?  WHEN?  WHERE?  HOW?

Laughter programs & clubs provide light-to-moderate exercise for mental and physical flexibility, mood regulation, stress reduction and an attitude boost. In other words, a real therapeutic ally.

The program works exceptionally well in workplaces, support communities, libraries, public parks, schools, senior centers long-term care and hospitals.

Irene Kaye, Laughter Wellness Consultant is a Qualified Instructor called a Certified Laughter Leader (CLL) having completed the World Laughter Tour prescribed studies and supervised training on the science of laughter and healing-with laughter strategies, and subscribes to the WLT Code of Ethics.

A typical group is 5-25 people, but can be larger.  It may be open to the public or reserved for a specific group such as a workplace, school, nursing home or support community.

WHY?

Our un-balanced world tends not to laugh much and we continue to exist amid strife, misunderstanding and turmoil.  We work with people around the world to develop ways to use humor and laughter for health, peace, productivity, intergenerational connectivity, and joy of living. Laughter doesn’t cure the heartache, but at those moments I’m laughing,

it doesn’t hurt quite so bad. (Stress Workshop Participant)
